This young girl used to be severely malnourished. Today, she is well-fed thanks to the generosity of her neighbors, who received support and training from World Vision and now give to others out of their abundance.
“I’m very happy that I receive gifts from my World Vision sponsor often. This number game will help me improve my math skills like subtraction, addition and division,” says 12-year-old Khushi in India.
Magdalene participates in the Food for Assets program in Turkana. Food for Assets gives the community food security, hope, and ownership in their future.
22 year-old mother Premila took part in the World Vision study on the effects of low body mass index on pregnant Mums. On average, Mums gained an average of 8.7kg, improving their own health & the health of their unborn babies.
Three boys play near Rajab, a Tented Settlement in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Behind them, covered in blue tarps, are child friendly spaces and early childhood education tents established by World Vision. The tents offers a safe place for children to play and learn.
