More Info
The Birthday Party Project is on a mission to bring JOY to children experiencing homelessness! They partner with homeless shelters and transitional living facilities to host monthly birthday parties for the children living there. With the help of volunteer birthday enthusiasts, TBPP celebrates all of the kids having a birthday that month and everyone from the agency is invited to attend! Each birthday child receives a special birthday badge, their own cake and a personalized gift! All of the kids get to enjoy themed games, activities, treats and favor bags! These celebrations are so much more than just birthday parties; they bring a much-needed sense of consistency and normalcy during a difficult time and show these children their community cares. They allow kids to be kids! At The Birthday Party Project, they know that JOY changes lives and a JOYFUL community can change the world.
